Shipping Policy

We ship across India via India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart. The exact carrier on your order is chosen at dispatch based on destination and parcel size.

Delivery times

• Standard — 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express — 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available).

Orders placed on a business day before 1pm local time are usually dispatched the same day; orders after 1pm and on weekends are dispatched the next business day. Pre-orders ship as soon as the publisher releases the title.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard shipping is free on orders over ₹499 within India.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and a link. Logged-in customers can also track from My Orders; guests can use the order number + email at /track.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address before paying. We can edit it any time before dispatch (open the order → Edit address); after dispatch, the carrier’s redirect/hold-at-post-office options apply and may incur a fee.

International shipping

We do not currently ship across countries from this marketplace. If you need to receive an order in a different country, please order from the regional storefront for that country (links in the country picker at the top of the page).

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if the carrier marks the package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us at support@trishoolinhouse.com within 14 days of the dispatch date. We’ll open a carrier trace and either replace the order or refund it once the trace concludes.
